The Group brings together seven sister concerns across agriculture, fashion, promotional products and trading, travel and overseas services, e-commerce, and community development — each running its own business against a shared set of standards.
JAJIRA GROUP is a diversified Bangladeshi business group built on family values, integrity, enterprise, and service. Rather than a single operating company, it is organised as seven sister concerns, each with its own market, leadership, and customers — and each held to the same standards of sourcing, quality, and conduct.
What the concerns do
JAJIRA AGRO covers agricultural production, processing, preservation, storage, marketing, and seed development, and sells natural food products under the KRISHAYON brand. MALIYAT ATTIRE is the Group's fashion business, with the BLOOM label. FnF Corporation handles promotional products, corporate gifts, and specialised trading. SHUFOL OVERSEAS provides travel and overseas services, from Umrah and Hajj support to ticketing and visa assistance. JAJIRA MART is the Group's e-commerce platform.
Alongside them, the Alhajj Joynal Abedin Fakir Foundation and the Fakir Foundation carry the Group's social work in education, healthcare, disaster relief, and community development.
Why the structure matters
Keeping the businesses separate lets each one answer to its own market, while shared sourcing, distribution, and technology mean a capability built in one concern is available to the others. A problem solved in agriculture logistics is not solved once — it is solved for the Group.
Growth is viewed as a collective achievement — created when people, knowledge, technology, resources, and purpose work together.
